At Kakadu Plum Co, we take pride in the quality of our native Australian superfoods. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we offer a 14-day return window to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer care team within 14 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and clear photos of any damaged or incorrect products.
- 2.Return Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide the correct return shipping address for our warehouse.
- 3.Pack Securely
Ensure the items are unopened and in their original packaging, then ship them back to us using a tracked postal service to prevent loss in transit.
- 4.Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will process a refund to your original payment method or arrange for a replacement to be sent immediately.
